Last weekend, I spoke at a treatment center where I had once been a patient. Reflecting on my journey, I emphasized the possibility of recovery, regardless of past struggles. Meeting with past providers and friends reinforced my progress. I am now thriving and offer coaching for those seeking support on their recovery journey.
